Submit a Calendar Photo
The WVU Alumni Association wants to know: Where have you and your WVU gear traveled? Have you proudly waved your WVU flag in an exotic place? Did you and your family take your WVU gear with you on vacation? We want to see where your “Flying WV” has been. So, if you have a great photo, send it to us!
In addition, we are looking for creative, unique photos that show campus scenes, alumni and friends cheering for our athletic teams or special WVU moments. Your photo could be used in upcoming alumni communications, including our Web site!
To submit your photo, click on the link below and complete the form, upload your photo (a high-resolution digital photo – 300 DPI or higher (TIF or JPEG format) – and click “Submit.” You may also mail your original 35mm or larger photo to the address below. Be sure to include contact information. No professionally taken photos, please – we’re looking for your original, one-of-a-kind creative photos!
All photos should include a photo release form. Please download the photo release form, complete the information, e-mail it to tecurtis@mail.wvu.edu or forward it to the address below.
