The Erickson Alumni Center’s Executive Chef Scott Spiker will teach you the “art of barbecue” on July 9, July 16, and July 23 at The Erickson Alumni Center’s Mountaineer Courtyard
All courses begin at 6 p.m. and include tastings/food and beverages.
Cost: $125 for all three courses (includes diploma and special gift) or $50 per individual course.
